专利说明:
Technical field to which the invention relates The present invention relates to a system for the thermal comfort of animals, for example for dairy cattle and beef cattle, in particular for the development of cubicles in a breeding enclosure. Technological background The comfort of animals is a key parameter in the performance of a farm. This comfort influences in particular the health, the way of feeding, the food intake, the fertility and the longevity of the animals. For this purpose, in a stable manner, cattle rest individually in cubicles, still commonly called "free stall", in which they are free to get up and lie down. When doing these movements, the animals are likely to get hurt. This is particularly the case when the litter is made of straw covering concrete, which does not protect the animal from the risks of slipping. To limit this type of incident and the resulting injuries, it is known to equip the floor of these cubicles with mattresses adapted to improve the comfort of sleeping animals. These comfort mattresses comprise, conventionally, at least one elastic layer which is able to undergo an elastic deformation, underlying an upper surface on which an animal bears. Comfort also includes a "thermal" component. Indeed, in case of high heat or intense cold, animals are likely to suffer a harmful phenomenon called "heat stress". Such thermal stress is reflected in particular by behavioral manifestations of defense, a fall in zootechnical performances, a deterioration of the parameters of reproduction and an increase in pathologies. In this context, there is a need for a system to promote the thermal comfort of animals present in the breeding enclosure, especially when they sit in their cubicles. Object of the invention In this context, the applicant has developed a system for the thermal comfort of animals in a breeding enclosure, for example for dairy cattle or for beef cattle, comprising: (a) at least one comfort mattress which comprises at least one elastic layer and which has two opposite faces: - an upper face, adapted to undergo elastic deformation and comprising at least one reception area on which an animal is intended to bear, and - a lower face, intended to rest on a receiving surface, which at least one resilient layer has a plurality of sealed cavities for containing a coolant, which sealed cavities extend parallel, or at least approximately parallel, with respect to each other, which sealed cavities are underlying at least a part of said at least one receiving zone, and each comprise at least two through-holes, b) a heat transfer fluid, intended to fill said sealed cavities, (c) means for generating a circulation of said heat transfer fluid within each of said sealed cavities, between their respective outlets. Such a system is thus of interest to allow control of the temperature of the comfort mattress with which the animal is directly in contact. This temperature is then adjusted according to the surrounding thermal conditions. For example, in case of hot weather, the comfort mattress can be refrigerated on the surface, so as to cool the animal in the presence and thus limit the increase in the body temperature of the latter. Alternatively or additionally, in case of cold, the comfort mattress can be heated to warm the animal present. It is thus possible to limit or even eliminate the risk of heat stress in animals present in the breeding enclosure. Other non-limiting and advantageous features of the thermal comfort system according to the invention, taken individually or in any technically possible combination, are as follows: the sealed cavities each have a rectilinear elongate shape; said sealed cavities are distributed over at least one plane extending parallel to the faces of said at least one comfort mattress; said at least one elastic layer comprises two longitudinal edges, and said sealed cavities extend parallel, or at least approximately parallel, to said longitudinal edges; in this case, the sealed cavities comprise two peripheral sealed cavities which are juxtaposed along said longitudinal edges, and at least one of said peripheral sealed cavities advantageously comprises transverse extensions, distributed along its length, which extend perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of said peripheral sealed cavity and towards said juxtaposed longitudinal edge; said at least one elastic layer has two transverse edges; said sealed cavities each comprise two outlets each formed at one of said transverse edges; and the means for generating a circulation of said heat transfer fluid preferably consist of means for generating a parallel circulation within said sealed cavities, between said access orifices; the system comprises at least two of said reception zones, and said sealed cavities are underlying a portion of each of said reception zones; said at least one elastic layer comprises at least one sealed chamber intended to contain a damping fluid and formed between said sealed cavities and said upper face of said mattress, which at least one elastic layer comprises at least one opening opening for access to said at least one sealed chamber: - said at least one elastic layer forms a film surrounding a comfort layer made of an elastic material; - The comfort system further comprises means for regulating the temperature of said heat transfer fluid; the thermal regulation means are advantageously chosen from means capable of heating and / or cooling said coolant; said at least one elastic layer is made in one piece, which elastic layer directly defines said sealed cavities and, if appropriate, said at least one sealed chamber; the means for regulating the temperature of said heat transfer fluid comprise means for measuring the temperature of said heat transfer fluid and, optionally, means for displaying said measured temperature; The present invention also relates to a breeding chamber equipped with a comfort system according to the invention. Preferably, this breeding enclosure comprises cubicles; said at least one comfort mattress covers the floor of at least one of said stalls; and said at least one comfort mattress has a plurality of sealed cavities that extend within at least one of said stalls. The invention also relates to a method for improving the thermal comfort of animals in a breeding enclosure according to the invention. This method comprises: a circulation of the coolant in said sealed cavities of said at least one comfort mat, and a regulation of the temperature of said heat transfer fluid, for regulating the temperature of the upper face of said at least one comfort mattress. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention will be further illustrated, without being in any way limited, by the following description of two particular embodiments in relation to the appended figures in which: FIG. 1 is a schematic and perspective view of a series of cubicles which is equipped with a comfort system according to the invention, the comfort mattress consists of a comfort layer made of an elastic material which is surrounded by an elastic layer forming a film; - Figure 2 is a partial and enlarged view of Figure 1, showing one of the transverse edges of the elastic layer, the sealed cavities are connected in particular to the circulation means; FIG. 3 is a perspective view of one of the transverse edges of the elastic layer, practically seen on edge, with the circulation means which are masked; - Figure 4 corresponds to Figure 1, seen from above; - Figure 5 is a schematic view, and side, the various parts to be assembled to form the elastic layer of the comfort system according to Figures 1 to 4; FIG. 6 is a diagrammatic perspective view of a comfort mattress constituting the comfort system according to the invention, in which said comfort mattress is constituted here by the elastic layer which comprises watertight chambers juxtaposed longitudinally and sus- underlying sealed cavities; FIG. 7 is a partial and enlarged view of FIG. 6, showing one of the transverse edges of the elastic layer; - Figure 8 is a sectional view of the elastic layer according to Figures 6 and 7, in a sectional plane parallel to its transverse edges; FIG. 9 is a diagrammatic view, from the side, of the various parts intended to be assembled to constitute the elastic layer of the comfort system according to FIGS. 6 to 8. The comfort system 1 according to the invention is intended to equip a breeding enclosure E in which are formed sleeping stalls (Figure 1). The breeding enclosure E advantageously consists of a barn for rearing cattle, in particular dairy cattle or beef cattle. The sleeping stalls here consist of cubicles L, arranged on at least one line. The cubicles L are a compromise between a comfortable bed for the cattle, the respect of the movement raised / lying down, a comfortable standing position and a minimum of stains in the stall. According to FIG. 1, each cubicle L, conventional in itself, is delimited by: two lateral partitions L1, for example tubular structures, a rear threshold of cubicle L2, extending along an access corridor, - A front limit L3, preferably comprising a high bar at the withers and a lower stop (or speed limiter), forming the bottom of the box L, and - a floor L4, for example a concrete slab. The comfort system 1 according to the invention, equipping this series of cubicles L, consists of the following elements: at least one comfort mattress 2, covering the floor L4 of each of the cubicles L and equipped with an elastic layer 3 comprising a plurality of sealed cavities 4 intended to contain a coolant (not shown), - means 5 for regulating the temperature of this coolant (shown in FIGS. 1 and 2), and - means 6 for generating a circulation of the coolant at within the sealed cavities 4 of the elastic layer 3 (shown in Figures 1 and 2). The heat transfer fluid is advantageously chosen from liquids, for example water or a water / glycol mixture. Comfort mattress The comfort system 1 here comprises a continuous comfort mattress 2 which covers the floor L4 of the aligned lumbells L. This comfort mattress 2 thus comprises several reception areas 21 which are juxtaposed along the length of said comfort mattress 2 (FIGS. 4 and 6). Alternatively, not shown, each box L can contain its own comfort mattress 2 which then defines a single reception area 21. The comfort mattress 2 has a generally rectangular shape which is delimited by two pairs of edges, namely: two longitudinal edges, namely a rear longitudinal edge intended to extend along the rear threshold L2 of the equipped boxes L, and a longitudinal front edge 23 intended to extend along the front limit L3 of the row of stalls L, and - two transverse edges 24, intended to be located at the level of the lateral partitions U. of the two stalls L at the end of line. The comfort mattress 2 further comprises two opposite faces: an upper face 25, capable of undergoing elastic deformation and forming the reception zones 21 on which the animals are intended to bear, and a lower face 26 intended to rest on the floor L4 of the cubicles L. Each of the reception areas 21 of the comfort mattress 2 is intended to accommodate an animal. Each reception area 21 thus corresponds to the floor area L4 of a box L, and is delimited laterally by two lateral partitions JJ. Each of the reception areas 21 then has a generally rectangular shape which is delimited by various borders (Figures 4 and 6): - two side edges 211, each located vertically above a lateral separation JJ. L, - a rear edge 212, adjacent to the rear threshold L2 of the housing L (forming part of the rear longitudinal edge 22 of the comfort mattress 2), and - a front edge 213, adjacent to the front limit JJ3 of the flap L (forming part of the longitudinal front edge 23 of the comfort mattress 2). Elastic layer of the comfort mattress According to the invention, the elastic layer 3 can form either part of the comfort mattress 2 (FIGS. 1 to 5) or the comfort mattress 2 (FIGS. 6 to 9) in their entirety. In all cases, this elastic layer 3 also has a generally rectangular shape which is delimited by two pairs of edges: two longitudinal edges, one rear 32 and the other front 33, formed respectively at the rear longitudinal edges 22 and before 23 of the comfort mattress 2, and - two transverse edges 34, formed respectively at the transverse edges 24 of the comfort mattress 2. The elastic layer 3 further comprises two opposite faces: - an upper face 35, intended to form the upper face 25 of the comfort mattress 2, and - a lower face 36, possibly forming the lower face 26 of the comfort mattress 2. This elastic layer 3 is made in at least one material capable of undergoing elastic deformation, also called "elastic material", chosen from: - elastomer materials, namely for example natural rubber, "synthetic natural" rubber ( or synthetic poly-isoprene), polybutadiene or styrene-butadiene, or - plastic materials or thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), ie for example PVB (polyvinyl butyral), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) / SBR (styrene). butadiene), PP (polypropylene) / EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), TPU (polyurethane TPE). This elastic layer 3 is advantageously made in one piece, either mono-material (in a single material) or multi-material (with at least two superimposed sub-layers made of different materials). The elastic layer 3 may also contain reinforcement sub-layers described below in connection with FIGS. 5 and 9, selected from textile fibers, metal fibers or any other product providing stability and / or resistance to wear. 'elongation. These reinforcing sub-layers consist for example of a textile reinforcing reinforcement, advantageously made of a material chosen from nylon, cotton, polyester, polyamide or any other reinforcing textile. The elastic layer 3 comprises, in its thickness and within its constituent material, the sealed cavities 4. The elastic layer 3, and in particular its constituent material, thus directly defines the sealed cavities 4. The sealed cavities 4 are juxtaposed and are each underlying a part of the reception areas 21 of the comfort mattress 2. In other words, the reception areas 21 of the comfort mattress 2 are overlying sealed cavities 4 in the presence. For this, the sealed cavities 4 each consist of a tubular structure having a rectilinear elongate shape, defining a longitudinal axis 4 '. These sealed cavities 4 are here six in number. In general, the number of sealed cavities 4 is advantageously between 5 and 10. The sealed cavities 4 are distributed in a plane P extending parallel to the surfaces 25, 26 of the comfort mattress 2. These sealed cavities 4 (in particular their respective longitudinal axes 4 ') thus extend parallel, or at least approximately parallel, with respect to the surfaces 25, 26 of the comfort mattress 2. The sealed cavities 4 also extend along the entire length of the elastic layer 3, between its transverse edges 34 (and advantageously along the entire length of the comfort mattress 2); and the sealed cavities 4 are distributed over the width of the elastic layer 3, between its longitudinal edges 32, 33 (and advantageously over the width of the comfort mattress 2). These sealed cavities 4 (in particular their longitudinal axes 4 'respectively) thus extend parallel, or at least approximately parallel, with respect to each other and with respect to the longitudinal edges 32, 33 of the elastic layer 3. Each sealed cavity 4 thus comprises a succession of sections extending between the lateral edges 211 of each reception zone 21, perpendicularly to the latter. These sealed cavities 4 are here separated, relative to each other, by a rectangular spacer strip 38. Furthermore, each sealed cavity 4 is delimited by two facing surfaces, an upper surface 41 and a lower surface 42, which meet at two side edges 43 (Figures 3 and 8). Each sealed cavity 4 here has a vertical section which, when empty (not shown), is of flattened or flat shape: the distance between the lateral edges 43 (width) is greater than the distance between its upper surfaces 41 / lower 42 opposite (height). When a sealed cavity 4 is filled with fluid, its vertical section is for example round, oval or elliptical, depending in particular on the pressure of the fluid, with: the upper surfaces 41 / lower 42 which are curved, concave, and a major axis (passing through its lateral edges 43) which extends parallel to the faces 25, 26 of the comfort mattress 2. As a guide only, unladen, the sealed cavities 4 advantageously have a width, between their two side edges 43 between 70 and 100 mm. The sealed cavities 4 are further spaced from each other by a distance of between 80 and 130 mm. These sealed cavities 4, filled with fluid, for example each have a height (according to their small vertical axis) of between 60 and 100 mm. The sealed cavities 4 are each intended to contain the coolant which is circulated over their respective lengths, to regulate the temperature of the upper face 25 of the comfort mattress 2. For this, each of the sealed cavities 4 is terminated by two opening orifices 45 which are each formed at one of the transverse edges 34 of the elastic layer 3. These outlets 45 allow a fluid connection with the means 5 to regulate the temperature and with the means 6 to generate the circulation of the coolant. The sealed cavities 4 are here fluidly independent of each other. In this case, the drilling of one of the sealed cavities 4 would not cause the emptying of all the sealed cavities of the elastic layer 3. Each of the sealed cavities 4 therefore comprises two through holes 45 which are specific to it, for the circulation of the coolant. The opening orifices 45 open here directly at the transverse edges 35 of the elastic layer 3. Alternatively, not shown, the opening orifices 45 on the same side open in a duct formed in the elastic layer 3, itself opening at an edge of said elastic layer 3. The outlets 45 are advantageously obtained by cutting the length of the elastic layer 3, in a cut line oriented perpendicularly to the longitudinal edges 32, 33. Indeed, the elastic layer 3, before its installation, is advantageously stored in the form of a roll having a length of several meters, in particular greater than 3 meters long. This embodiment in roll has the advantage of allowing a simple and rapid installation of the elastic layer 3 in the breeding chamber, by unwinding along a row of stalls L and by a cut adapted to the length desired from this line. In addition, the thickness of the material forming the sealed cavity 4 (in particular its thickness at its upper surface 43) is advantageously minimal, for example between 2 and 5 mm, to promote the thermal transfer by conduction phenomenon through said material. Two particular embodiments of this comfort mattress 2 according to the invention are described below. First embodiment of the comfort mattress A first embodiment of the comfort mattress 2 according to the invention is illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5. The general structure of this comfort mattress is for example the kind of Louisiana mattress marketed by BIORET AGRI-LOGETTE CONFORT (Nort sur Erdre, France). According to this first embodiment, the comfort mattress 2 comprises a lower comfort layer 8 consisting of a plate of elastic material, for example a plate of rubber granules (agglomerated or non-agglomerated, or latex) (visible in the figures 2 and 3). The comfort layer 8 then forms the lower face 26 of the comfort mattress 2. This comfort layer 8 is wrapped in the elastic layer 3 forming a film, which comes to replace a film conventionally used (for example elastomeric material, PVC or fabric). Such an embodiment is interesting especially in a "renovation" use, in which the used film is replaced while providing an additional function of thermal comfort. This elastic layer 3 thus has the following two faces: the upper face 35 forming the upper face 25 of the comfort mattress 2, and the lower face 36 enveloping the comfort layer 8. Preferably, the final thickness of the elastic layer 3 (once its sealed cavities 4 have been filled) is approximately twice that of the initial thickness of this elastic layer 3 (before filling). For example, the initial thickness of the elastic layer 3 is of the order of 5 to 10 mm. The sealed cavities 4 have a continuous section on their respective lengths. However, the sealed cavities 4 extending respectively along the longitudinal edges 32, 33 of the elastic layer 3, also called "peripheral tight cavities 47", each comprise a plurality of transverse extensions 471. The transverse extensions 471 are distributed over the length of their respective peripheral sealed cavities 47. These transverse extensions 471 each extend perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 4 'of the associated peripheral sealing cavity 47 and towards the longitudinal edge 32, 33 juxtaposed. As an indication, these transverse extensions 471 each have a length (front / rear) of between 300 and 500 mm. Such structures make it possible to obtain an upper surface 35 whose temperature is controlled, while forming a relief extending in a forward / backward direction to avoid a phenomenon of retention of the biological materials produced by the cattle (milk, droppings, urine , etc.). This promotes the flow of these biological materials outside the comfort mattress 2. This elastic layer 3 is advantageously secured to the ground by means of rod-type profiles (not shown), fixed by points or nails, in particular along the front and rear edges 23 and 22 of the comfort mattress 2. For this, the elastic layer 3 advantageously comprises two longitudinal strips 39, one front and one rear, which have no sealed cavities 4 and which are intended to cooperate with these rods. These longitudinal strips 39 have for this, for example, a width of between 100 and 300 mm. Second embodiment of the comfort mattress A second particular embodiment of the comfort mattress 2 is illustrated in FIGS. 6 to 9. According to this second embodiment, the comfort mattress 2 is constituted directly by the elastic layer 3 which comprises: - the sealed cavities 4 which are distributed on the plane P located on the side of the lower face 26, 36 coming to bear on the ground, and - several sealed chambers 9 (or sealed pockets), each filled with a damping fluid and overlying these sealed cavities 4 (one of these sealed chambers 9 is visible in Figure 8). This elastic layer 3 thus comprises the upper 35 and lower 36 faces, which respectively form the upper 25 and lower 26 surfaces of the comfort mattress 2. This elastic layer 3 is here formed by a superposition of two skins 10 (FIG. 8): a lower skin 101, in which the sealed cavities 4 are formed, and an upper skin 102 integrally attached to the lower skin 101. on their respective perimeters, to delimit the watertight chambers 9. The thermal regulation between the sealed cavities 4 and the upper face 35 of the elastic layer 3 is then effected via the sealed chambers 9, by a thermal convection phenomenon ensured by the damping fluid. Preferably, each reception zone 21 then comprises one of these sealed chambers 9, which is its own. The elastic layer 3 thus comprises a succession of sealed 9 pockets juxtaposed, each corresponding to one of the reception areas 21. Each sealed chamber 9 comprises, seen from above, a rectangular contour corresponding at least approximately to the surface of a box L. The fluid intended to fill each sealed chamber 9 is advantageously chosen from water, a gas (air in particular) and a gel. Each sealed chamber 9 is for this reason associated with an opening (not shown) for its access, in particular for filling and / or emptying, for example an orifice equipped with a valve. The valve is sealingly connected with the opening orifice, for example via a metal crimp. Each sealed chamber 9 is thus individual. And it is meant to take shape when the animal withdraws. The upper surface of each sealed chamber 9 advantageously has a cross section (in a plane parallel to the transverse edges 24 - Figure 8) which has a generally convex curved shape. This particular shape forms front and rear slopes which promote the flow of biological materials outside said comfort mattress 3. Two juxtaposed sealed chambers 9 are separated by a transverse band 11 extending between the longitudinal edges 22, 23. These transverse strips 11 have two functions: - they constitute the lines for cutting the length of the elastic layer 3, so as to obtain the through holes 45, and - they are intended to be covered by a transverse fastening element 111, by example a skirting board, to allow attachment of the elastic layer 3 while ensuring the passage of heat transfer fluid. Preferably, the final thickness of the lower skin 101 (once its sealed cavities 4 are filled) is approximately double compared to its initial thickness (before filling). For example, the initial thickness of the lower skin 101 is of the order of 5 to 10 mm. Still preferably, the final thickness of a sealed chamber 9 (here at its arrow) is advantageously between 10 and 50 mm. Still preferably, the initial thickness of the elastic layer 3 (before filling) is between 6 and 20 mm. The sealed chambers 9 have for example a width (parallel to the longitudinal edges 22, 23) of the order of 1 m; the transverse strips 11 advantageously have a width of the order of 100 mm. Means of circulation of the coolant Moreover and in a general manner, the comfort system 1 comprises the means 6 for generating the circulation of the coolant, also called "circulation means" (FIGS. 1 and 2 show an implementation for the first embodiment; identical connections are made for the implementation of the second embodiment). These circulation means 6 ensure a distribution and a parallel circulation of the coolant, along the sealed cavities 4. These circulation means 6 comprise for this: - upstream fluidic connection means 61, for a fluid supply, which are connected in parallel to the through openings 45 of the sealed cavities 4 located at a first transverse edge 34 of the layer resilient 3, and downstream fluidic connection means 62, for collection of the output fluid, which are connected in parallel to the through openings 45 of the sealed cavities 4 located at a second transverse edge 34 of the elastic layer 3. The upstream 61 / downstream fluidic connection means 62 each comprise in particular a clarinet device 63, in order to ensure the parallel circulation of the heat transfer fluid within each of the sealed cavities 4. The connection of a clarinet 63 with the outgoing orifices 45 adjacent is advantageously effected by means of conventional mechanical sealing means. These upstream 61 / downstream fluidic connection means 62 may be connected fluidically, for the recirculation or recycling of this heat transfer fluid. The circulation means 6 further include a pump 64, to cause the flow of heat transfer fluid. The upstream fluidic connection means 61 are advantageously equipped with pressure regulator means 65 and / or flow control means 66. Thus, the pressure in the sealed cavities 4 is advantageously set between 0.3 and 3 bar, preferably between 1 and 1.5 bar. The upstream fluidic connection means 61 are moreover advantageously equipped with means 66 for regulating the flow rate within each of the sealed cavities 4. Means for regulating the temperature The means 5 for regulating the temperature of the coolant (also known as "regulating means 5") equip the circulation means 6, advantageously at the level of the upstream fluidic connection means 61. These regulating means 5 are chosen from means capable of heating and / or cooling the coolant. For example, these control means 5 consist of a heat pump, reversible with measurement of the temperature. The regulation means 5 advantageously comprise: means for measuring the temperature of this heat transfer fluid, for example a temperature probe, and possibly means for displaying the measured temperature. These regulating means 5 are optional, especially in the case where the heat transfer fluid initially has the desired temperature (for example a source of fresh water for cooling the comfort mattress 2). Means of command The comfort system 1 also advantageously comprises control means 12 for controlling the operation of the regulation means 5 and the circulation means 6. These control means 12 are chosen for example from: - manual control means, - programmer type control means (for operation according to predefined cycles), and - automatic control means, advantageously including a computer program executed by a computer. These control means 12 are then advantageously also connected with means 13 for measuring the temperature within the breeding enclosure E. Operation So as to prevent a potential thermal stress, the control means 12 can automatically control the regulating means 5 and the circulation means 6, advantageously taking into account the ambient temperature within the breeding enclosure E acquired by the means measuring 13. In the presence of unfavorable surrounding thermal conditions, the control means 12 then generate: a circulation of the heat-transfer fluid in the sealed cavities 4 of the comfort mattress or beds 2 by means of the circulation means 6, and a regulation of the temperature heat transfer fluid through the regulating means 5, so as to adjust the temperature of the upper face 25 of the comfort mattress 2. The circulation of the heat transfer fluid in the sealed cavities 4 is carried out here in parallel: the heat transfer fluid stream divides in order to simultaneously traverse these sealed cavities 4. This circulation of the coolant is also effected in the same direction within sealed cavities 4 juxtaposed: the fluid thus travels from the opening orifices 45 located at a first transverse edge 34 of the elastic layer 3 (right on the FIG. 1) to the opening orifices 45 located at a second transverse edge 34 of the elastic layer 3 (on the left in FIG. 1). In cooling mode, the coolant can be naturally cold (for example a source of water at a temperature of between 1 ° C. and 15 ° C.) or it can be cooled by the regulation means 5. The comfort system 1 according to the invention thus makes it possible to directly bring about a reduction in the temperature of the animal within its cabin L. Thus, in a walking configuration, the comfort system 1 according to the invention makes it possible to cool the upper face 25 of the comfort mattress 2 which cools the fur of the cow and which limits the increase of its body temperature. Conversely, in heating mode, the heat transfer fluid is heated. The comfort system 1 according to the invention makes it possible to directly bring heat to the animal within its cabin L. When the risk of thermal stress is eliminated, the control means 12 automatically control the stopping of the circulation means 6 and regulation 5. Manufacture of the elastic layer The elastic layer 3 according to the invention may be manufactured by assembling a set of superimposed sub-layers to form a unitary type assembly. The assembly technology can be chosen for example from - vulcanization, - gluing, - welding. As illustrated in FIG. 5 for the first embodiment and in FIG. 9 for the second embodiment, the method for manufacturing the elastic layer 3 comprises: (i) a step of superposition of sub-layers in elastomeric material 15 having two opposite surfaces 151, between which are reported: - intermediate means 16 adapted locally to prevent the joining of the surfaces 151 opposite said layers 15 to form the sealed cavities 4 and possibly the sealed chambers 9, and - possibly reinforcing layers 17, then (ii) a step of securing the surfaces 151 in contact with said superimposed sub-layers 15 (that is to say outside the bulk of the intermediate means 16), so that the intermediate means 16 form the sealed cavities 4 and, where appropriate, the sealed chambers 9. The intermediate means 16 consist of any means avoiding the bonding between the surfaces 151 facing the layers 15 to be assembled. In the case of vulcanization, the intermediate means 16 consist, for example, of strips or tubes which are advantageously made of a material chosen from: a fire-retardant film containing a retarder, for example polypropylene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene a layer of silicone, a layer of a vulcanized elastomeric material, for example a pipe made for example of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), of natural rubber (NR), or of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer. These spacer means 16 are in particular arranged between two elastomer layers 15 to be assembled with each other. In general, these intermediate means 16 are distributed according to the desired arrangement of the sealed cavities 4 and, where appropriate, the sealed chambers 9. In the present case, as illustrated in FIG. 5 for the first embodiment, the superposition step comprises a superposition of four elastomeric material sub-layers with a sub-layer of intermediate means 16 which is connected between two of said underlays of elastomeric material 15. The sub-layer of intermediate means 16 comprises several strips 161 which are juxtaposed over the width of the two sub-layers of elastomeric material 15 to form the sealed cavities 4 juxtaposed (including the peripheral sealed cavities 47). As illustrated in FIG. 9 for the second embodiment, the superposition step comprises a superposition of six sub-layers of elastomer material 15 with two sub-layers of intermediate means 16 which are each reported between two sub-layers of material elastomer 15. In particular: - a lower sub-layer comprises several strips 161 which are juxtaposed over the width of the elastomeric material sub-layers 15 to form the sealed cavities 4 juxtaposed, and - an upper sub-layer comprises several rectangles 162 which are distributed over the length of the elastomeric material sub-layers 15, to form the sealed chambers 9. In general, the comfort system according to the invention has the advantage of implementing comfort mattresses whose upper face is optimally controlled temperature, so as to ensure optimal thermal comfort of animals. The comfort mattresses have the advantage of being laid in a conventional manner, advantageously by rolling from wall to wall. The surface pressure on the animal is reduced compared to a coating on a concrete structure. The blood circulation of the animal is improved.
